SLA Management: The SLA is configurable on the contract level, so if you are managing multiple locations for one customer, you can configure different SLAs for each site, the system tracks the response time and resolution time in seconds, then records all failures against a contract or a subcontractor.

Site & Location Management: You can register the sites, buildings, floors, and areas for better tracking, detailed reports can be generated per floor, or building, and the cost analysis reports provide detailed information on every level of the location.

Asset Register: Provides the manufacturer, serial number, warranty, supplier, barcode, location details, capacity, assessed life expectancy, model number, cost history, and repair history.

Auto-Assignment: The system can easily assign the tasks automatically to the site team available using the load-balancing methodology, the technician gets an instant SMS/Telegram/Whatsaap notifications.

PPM & Maintenance Management:The system can schedule and track maintenance tasks, generate work orders, and manage service requests. Automated maintenance workflows ensure timely repairs, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of assets.
